SNOMED Clinical terminology, Clinical Practice Record Datalink (CPRD) AURUM dataset code lists and International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10) code lists used in the BADGER Study (2026): The aim of this part of the study is to determine whether time to diagnosis, attended outpatient appointment or definitive treatment, or healthcare utilisation differs between those recorded A&G request before diagnosis compared to those with elective referral only for three tracer conditions (inflammatory bowel disease; Parkinson's disease; systemic lupus erythematosus).
