Data collection method: Programme evaluation was conducted using an anonymous post-placement survey administered at the end of the work placement week. The survey collected both quantitative and qualitative feedback. Quantitative items asked participants to rate their overall experience, staff support, facilities, activities, and opportunities for collaborative working using a five-point Likert scale. Open-response questions invited students to identify the most valuable aspects of the programme, suggest improvements, and provide additional comments regarding their experiences.
Statement on legal, ethical and access issues:

Participation in the evaluation survey was voluntary, and responses were collected anonymously. No personally identifiable information was collected or reported. The study was conducted as an evaluation of an educational outreach initiative in accordance with institutional guidance regarding educational evaluation activities.
